硬件工程师(灵巧手与触觉传感方向)

Responsibilities
1.系统架构与选型设计: 负责机器人灵巧手及多维触觉传感器的整体硬件方案设计,方案选型与可行性评估;主导核心元器件(如微控制器MCU/FPGA、高精度ADC、微型电机驱动器、电容/压阻传感阵列芯片等)的评估、选型与验证。
2.硬件开发:
--独立完成硬件方案设计,解决高集成度空间下的信号完整性(SI)、电源完整性(PI)及电磁兼容(EMC)问题
--负责触觉传感器(如电容式、压阻式、电磁式(霍尔效应式)、电感式等)的驱动电路设计、微弱信号采集与高精度调理电路开发
--负责灵巧手内部微型电机驱动、嵌入式控制电路及各类总线通信(如CAN、EtherCAT、SPI等)的硬件实现
--协同结构工程师完成灵巧手及传感器模组的堆叠设计、可制造性设计(DFM)及整机集成测试
--配合算法团队,提供底层硬件支持,完成传感器标定、数据采集与硬件层面的噪声抑制
3.可靠性评估与测试: 搭建并维护硬件测试平台,制定严格的可靠性验证计划,主导环境适应性测试(高低温、振动、跌落)、电气应力测试(ESD、浪涌、过流保护)及疲劳寿命测试,输出专业的测试分析报告。
Qualifications
1.学历与经验: 本科及以上学历,电气工程、自动化、微电子等相关专业
2.专业技能:
--具备扎实的模拟/数字电路基础,熟练使用 Altium Designer等EDA工具。
--熟悉常见总线协议(SPI, I2C, CAN/CAN-FD, EtherCAT等),有 FPGA 或高性能 MCU(如 STM32H7/TMS28388系列)硬件设计经验者优先。
--熟悉触控感知技术核心原理与材料设计者优先。
--熟悉灵巧手与触觉传感器可靠性设计者优先,如热设计,连接端子选型,线束选型
3.测试与验证能力:
--精通示波器、频谱仪、逻辑分析仪等仪器的使用;熟悉各类安规标准(如IEC61010、CE认证相关规范)及硬件可靠性测试方法论
--熟悉触觉传感器校准与可靠性测试
4.综合素质: 对机器人灵巧手及柔性触觉传感器有浓厚兴趣;具备极强的动手排故能力、严谨的工程思维以及良好的跨部门沟通协作能力
【加分项】
•曾主导过完整的多维力矩传感器、柔性电容触觉皮肤或仿生机械手的硬件落地项目。
•拥有从概念设计到小批量量产的完整产品闭环经验
•在顶级学术会议(如 ICRA/IROS)发表过相关硬件成果或有知名机器人竞赛获奖经历
