职位描述
收集、梳理系统需求，编写自动驾驶产品需求规范；
Collect and sort out the system requirements, and compile the requirements specification for ADAS/AD products；
编写传感器、算法、执行器等性能要求，制定系统功能设计运行域；
Provide KPI of sensors, algorithms, actuators and other, and develop the ODD of ADAS/AD system functions；
根据系统需求，制定实现方案，编写软件、硬件和架构设计规范；
According to the requirements of system, develop the implementation plan, write the software, hardware and architecture design specifications；
制定自动驾驶产品的故障列表, 制定系统级诊断策略和故障降级策略，编写诊断相关规范, 负责自动驾驶产品诊断相关的软件调试；
Develop a failure list for ADAS products, develop system level diagnosis strategy and functional failure strategy. Compile diagnostic specifications, responsible for software debugging related to ADAS product diagnosis;
支持编写系统需求和系统架构的测试/验收标准；
Support the preparation of test / acceptance criteria for system requirements and system architecture；
监督系统需求和系统架构在产品开发的实现情况，审核开发链条中系统需求实现的进度、问题和风险；
Supervise the realization of system requirements and system architecture in product development, and review the progress, problems and risks in the realization of system requirements and system architecture in the development chain；
编写系统汇报材料，汇报需求落实进度、问题和风险，并主导问题与风险解决。
Prepare system reporting materials, report the progress, problems and risks of demand implementation, and lead the problem and risk resolution。
职位要求
本科5年以上或硕士3年以上，ADAS系统或测试相关工作经验；
At least 5 years of bachelor's degree or 3 years of master's degree, working experience in ADAS system or testing；
熟悉驾驶辅助和自动驾驶相关的功能定义；
Familiar with function definition related to ADAS/AD products；
熟悉整车电子/电气架构；
Familiar with the E/E structure；
熟悉ASPICE开发流程；
Familiar with ASPICE development process；
熟悉ADAS测试工具，可以独立完成法规标准需求验证与测试。
Familiar with ADAS testing tools, can independently complete the verification and testing of regulations standards requirements。
熟悉功能安全和预期功能安全；
Familiar with FuSa and SOTIF；
熟悉诊断相关标准；
Familiar with diagnosis related regulations and standards；
