- 通过接听电话受理客户查询、建议及投诉等服务;
- 回答客户提出的问题,记录并反馈相关信息;
- 及时解决客户问题、维护权益,为用户提供优质的服务。
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历的在校生,专业不限;
- 具有良好的口语表达能力,普通话标准;
- 打字40字/分以上,并能熟练操作办公软件;
- 具备较强的学习能力,能快速学习相关业务知识;
- 具备较强的耐心、包容心且具备较强的服务意识、团队合作意识。
工作时间:9:00-18:00;13:00-22:00(上五休二,轮休,晚班报销下班打车费)
