职位描述
存量客户维护与增长: 负责亚太区核心B端客户(如旅行社、当地TMC、OTA等)的日常关系维护,定期进行业务回顾(QBR),通过数据分析识别增长机会,优化渠道的预订表现与转化率。
技术对接协调:协助客户完成API直连对接。监控对接链路的稳定性,协调内部技术资源解决客户在接入或调用过程中的技术痛点。
新签与合规管理:负责APAC新客户开发、 合同谈判、跟进相关商务条款的执行监控,确保合作合规、高效。
跨团队协作: 紧密联络产品、技术、技术支持及财务团队,确保客户的需求能够得到快速响应和闭环处理。
市场反馈反馈: 保持对亚太地区旅游及住宿市场的敏锐洞察,收集竞品动态与行业趋势,为公司产品迭代提供一线反馈。
职位要求
至少2年以上业务拓展、大客户管理或酒旅行业相关经验,有B2B分销或技术服务背景者优先。
理解API直连的运行模式,能够阅读并理解API技术文档。
英语可作为工作语言,具备优秀的跨文化沟通技巧及商务信函写作能力。
能够熟练运用Excel或BI工具分析销售数据,通过数据发现业务问题并提出改进方案。
优秀的抗压能力,能适应快节奏、多任务并行的工作节奏。
根据业务需求,可适应亚太区域内的出差。
