职位描述
【岗位职责】
1.算法研发:负责基于深度强化学习(DRL)、模仿学习或监督学习的方法,开发机器人的运动控制与操作策略,解决复杂环境下的运动规划与控制问题。
2.仿真环境搭建:在仿真平台(如NVIDIA Isaac Sim/Gym、MuJoCo、PyBullet、Genesis等)中构建机器人及任务环境,设计状态空间、动作空间及奖励函数,进行策略训练与迭代优化。
3.Sim-to-Real迁移:解决仿真到真实世界的迁移问题,通过域随机化、系统辨识、课程学习等方法,提升策略在实际机器人上的成功率和鲁棒性。
4.系统集成:将训练好的模型部署到真实机器人平台(机械臂、移动机器人、足式机器人等),与感知、定位、传统控制模块进行联合调试与优化。
5.性能优化:对推理延迟、控制频率、内存占用等工程指标进行优化,确保算法满足实时性要求。
6.前沿跟踪:跟踪机器人学习(CoRL、ICRA、RSS等)、深度强化学习(NeurIPS、ICML)等领域最新进展,推动技术落地与创新。
职位要求
基本要求
1.学历专业:本科及以上学历。计算机、自动化、机器人学、机械工程、控制工程、人工智能等相关专业。
2.理论基础:
熟悉深度强化学习经典算法(如PPO、SAC、TD3、DQN等),理解On-policy/Off-policy、Model-free/Model-based等基本概念;
了解机器人运动学/动力学基础,理解关节空间、任务空间、阻抗控制、逆运动学等基本概念;
熟悉模仿学习(行为克隆、DAgger、BC-RNN等)或示教学习者优先。
3.工程能力:
熟练使用Python,有良好的代码规范;
熟悉至少一种深度学习框架(PyTorch优先,TensorFlow亦可);
熟悉Linux开发环境,了解Shell、Git等基础工具。
4.仿真经验:至少熟练使用一种机器人仿真环境(Isaac Gym/Sim、MuJoCo、PyBullet、Webots、Gazebo等)。
加分项(满足任意一条即可)
1.有真实机器人(机械臂如UR、Franka、xArm;或四足机器人如Unitree、ANYmal;或移动机器人)开发与部署经验;
2.有Sim-to-Real实际落地经验,或对域随机化、系统辨识、动力学适配等有深入理解;
3.熟悉C++,有ROS/ROS2开发经验,能进行机器人底层通信与控制接口开发;
4.熟悉传统控制方法(PID、MPC、计算力矩控制等)或运动规划(RRT、A*、轨迹优化等);
5.在CoRL、ICRA、IROS、NeurIPS、ICML、RSS等顶会/顶刊发表过相关论文;
6.有机器人竞赛(RoboMaster、RoboCup、DAC、ICRA机器人抓取与操作竞赛等)获奖经历;
7.熟悉并行仿真训练(如利用RPC、Sample Factory、Envpool等技术加速训练)。
