工作职责：

1. 专业教育资料整理、PPT制作、翻译等协助。

2. 内部流程的申请，协调与沟通。

3. 协助专业教育活动的管理、落地和执行。

4. 内外部协同：与内部团队（市场、销售、医学等）紧密合作

5. 数据分析与效果评估：跟踪培训效果（参与度、满意度、成果转化等）

6. 合规与质量控制

• 确保所有教育活动符合行业法规及公司合规要求
• 规范流程，降低风险

7. 创新与持续改进

• 引入数字化学习、AI工具等新模式
• 持续探索更高效的教育方式
• 推动组织学习能力提升

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，有医学/ 药学/ 生物/ 化学背景者优先。

2、良好的沟通和协作能力。

3、简单的专业教育信息提炼，以及文档编辑和整理等工作。

4、 每周至少3天，3个月以上。
