职位描述

1、核心职能：主要负责能源产品&经营的数据链路搭建、数据治理及运维、数据自动化，支持产品运营可靠性、用户行为分析、电费降本经营等；
2、注能源产品数据架构基础建设，专注电费经营、后市场产品运营，结合AI技术，聚焦基础数据架构和数据关系模型；
- 核心工作：数据链路搭建、数据治理&运维、数据自动化
- 输出：数据架构方案、数仓设计、数据体系治理规划、业务优化洞察&建议书
- 能力重心：
- 专业基础能力
- 掌握描述统计、假设检验、相关性、回归分析、抽样、置信区间等基础统计知识；
- 理解漏斗分析、留存分析、用户分层、RFM、归因分析、A/B 实验原理与落地；
- 理解数据分层、维度建模、星型/雪花模型；
- 业务理解
- 快速吃透行业 / 公司业务流程、商业模式、核心链路（用户、营收、运营等），听懂业务术语；
- 独立梳理核心指标、衍生指标、口径定义，统一跨部门指标标准；
- 接收业务需求，拆解问题、定位根因；
- 完成专题分析、复盘报告、异动分析（流量下滑、营收波动等）；
- 输出可落地建议，推动业务优化；
- 工程&自动化能力
- 了解数据采集（埋点、Flink/Logstash）、数据流转流程；
- 熟练使用 Airflow、DolphinScheduler、Azkaban 配置定时任务、监控告警；
- 制定校验规则，配置监控、异常告警；
- 封装通用脚本、模板，替代重复取数 / 报表工作；搭建简易数据工具；
- 看懂日志、排查数据延迟、数据错乱、任务失败问题
- 工具：
- 熟悉SQL、HIVE、ClickHouse、Doris等主流数仓/数据库；
- 熟练使用Pandas、Numpy，熟练使用Tableau、PowerBI等；

职位要求

- 硕士以上学历，有数学、统计学及工程方面的工作经验，有数据架构、数据工程背景；
- 数据分析方向，工作经验5年及以上；
软性素质与要求
- 沟通表达：把复杂数据结论、技术问题，通俗讲给业务、产品、管理层；书面报告逻辑清晰
- 思维活跃，逻辑严谨：能快速理解业务，结合产品与经营梳理数据关系；拆解问题有条理，能预判数据风险；
- 以解决问题为核心导向：不局限于数据呈现，熟悉产品与运营，可深入洞察数据背后的核心原因；
- 优秀的自学与动手能力：对新技术、新算法保持高度好奇心，可快速学习并落地到实际工作中；
- 出色的沟通协作能力：具备优秀的跨部门沟通素养，能向产品、运营、市场等非技术背景同事，清晰沟通背景以及快速达成共识；
- 抗压 & 多任务处理：同时承接报表、专题、临时排查、项目支持等多项工作。；
- 文档能力：规范编写指标文档、分析报告、接口说明、操作手册；

- 算法模型、数据架构、数据工程背景，对AI技术发展有一定了解；
