Job Description

安全职责：

严格遵守本岗位安全操作规程，杜绝违章操作；

严禁拆除设备安全防护设施，设备运行时确保防护措施有效；

掌握本岗位风险和有害因素、防范和应急措施；

服从本部门领导及部门安全员日常安全管理；

生产职责：

按照生产任务单要求组织生产，对本班的产量负责，填写点检表、交接班记录、原材料使用记录等相关记录；

严格执行工艺文件，并对本班所生产的产品质量实施必要的监控，当产生不合格品时，及时报告；

负责本机台人员的调配和管理，对本班的辅助人员进行必要的培训；

当设备发生故障时及时报告，协助维修人员及时排除故障；
