必要な資格や研修を挙げてください。 出張が必要なポジションである場合は、場所・頻度等の詳細とともにここに記入します。 職務を遂行するために最低限必要な知識、技能、能力を記述すること。 優先資格は、たとえそれが「優先」であったとしても、記載されているすべての資格を満たさなければならないと考えがちな多様な応募者を抑止する可能性があるため、控えめにしましょう。 成長メリットまたはセールス・ステートメント このセクションの作成は、採用チームがサポートすることも可能ですが、募集職種や勤務地独自の福利厚生や、その職務の主たる魅力を含めると良いでしょう。多くの場合、良くある福利厚生（有給など）が含まれますが、キャリアパス、特別な研修機会などの要素も含めると良いでしょう。.
