岗位职责：
1. 与项目经理和项目团队合作，确保APQP任务清晰定义并交付：
a. 实施质量保证协议
b. 制定并执行质量标准和程序
2. 通过有效的产品和工艺实现，确保达到客户要求：
a. 创建满足客户标准的程序
b. 进行内部审核
3. 参与FMEA以实现稳健的产品和工艺设计，主导测量MSA活动并确保工艺Cpk：根据客户要求和JE测试标准创建质量测试。
4. 在产品开发周期中推动有效的问题解决：确保最终产品安全、可靠，并满足客户期望。
5. 制定并实施安全启动的质量控制计划，确保最终产品安全、可靠，并满足客户期望。
6. 保持制造工艺的高效和成本效益。
7. 进行内部审核。
8. 推动经验教训在类似项目和产品平台上的共享：保持制造工艺的高效和成本效益。
任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，机械或电气等工程类专业。
2. 5年以上品质管理经验，尤其是项目质量管理经验，有汽车零部件行业品质管理经验优先。
3. 熟悉IATF16949质量标准，熟练掌握APQP和质量工具，如PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA。
4. 拥有问题解决和持续改进工具的经验，如8D、5-Why、DOE等。
5. 具备丰富的实践经验，了解制造系统和工艺技术。
6. 能够阅读和理解工程图纸。
7. 具备较强的分析、批判性思维、沟通和人际交往能力。
8. 英语听说读写良好。
