职位描述
1.内外部资源整合,结合业务目标,挖掘并推动与商业伙伴达成稳定的合作关系,获取优质资源。进行跨部门协作,最大化地挖掘和盘点公司自身内部资源
2.基于业务目标,运用谈判策略和技巧,在复杂环境下主导谈判和达成商务合作
3.制定工作目标和业务开展计划,结合行业动态,有效洞察商业伙伴需求,规划长期业务策略
4.关注最新营销趋势变化,基于对品牌调性的理解,将创意概念转化为可执行的活动方案并应用实施
5.推进项目立项,调动内外部资源解决进度痛点,并对项目进行有效的执行、跟进、复盘,成本管控
6.有带教和内训经验,设计或优化本专业领域的体系架构、工作流程、制度规范、技术标准等,承担评委工作,开发或授课等,推动NCP体系的建设
职位要求
1.本科及以上,有大型公司项目商务沟通谈判经验优先;
2.了解行业现状,对新能源行业有深刻洞察,有热爱
3.项目管理经验丰富,活动创意策划能力强,具有风险管理意识
