职位描述
负责路演的各方面事宜
1. 负责路演营销产品的优化和迭代,并推进在全国落地,帮助提升路演运营质量和销售产出
2. 制定路演评估的标准并结合审批标准给予区域路演投入指引;统计各区域半年内的路演规划和预计产出
3. 基于业务需求,提出路演业务全链路产品工具需求,推进开发落地和全国推广使用,包含但不限于审批流、审批功能、效果追踪等方面
4. 路演效果分析追踪数据看板需求梳理和迭代,支持区域进行路演分析、排布资源等工作,持续追踪路演效果和费效,辅助提升相应ROI
职位要求
1. 5年以上工作经验,有3年以上的销售或市场运营经验,了解路演运营模式
2. 熟悉新能源行业,了解竞品布局思路
3. 有良好的数据分析基础,熟练应用Excel
4. 大学本科及以上学历
