职位描述
- 了解行业及市场竞品的最新动向,结合上游传播策略与车型的定位、卖点、传播节奏,制定整合的全渠道媒介传播策略方案。媒介策略需涵盖PR媒体,融媒体,垂媒及social等各渠道,并为各个渠道匹配不同的目标和打法;
- 结合媒体渠道和资源,围绕核心信息,对各个渠道内容进行创意方向规划,形成各个媒介渠道有效的,体系化的传播矩阵;
- 结合媒介策略,拉通各个媒介渠道资源,对传播的节奏与声量、产出优质内容、持续提高传播ROI负责,形成媒体传播内容闭环;
- 支持媒体运营及媒介资源拓展相关工作;
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历、新闻、传播、信息技术及汽车相关专业背景优先;
- 8年以上汽车媒体传播经验,具有较强的媒介策略思维,能统筹制定传播媒介策略和计划;
- 熟悉汽车行业,有丰富的媒体传播资源,熟悉不同渠道媒体的传播特点,合作模式;
- 对不同类型媒体资源,以及各个渠道媒体擅长的内容方向和玩法有全面的了解,根据项目需求快速制定媒介策略和匹配不同类型资源;
- 有较强的内外部沟通能力,以及多任务统筹协调和项目管理能力,抗压能力强,工作中有较强的计划性、自驱力和执行力,能够进行高效的项目管理和推进。
