职位概述:
作为海外产品体验定义的负责人,您将扮演连接全球市场、用户与公司产品战略的关键桥梁。您需要基于对海外目标市场的理解、对用户需求的洞察、对竞争的判断,主导海外车型的定义工作,确保产品在海外市场具备竞争力和商业可行性。
工作职责:
深入研究海外重点市场(如欧洲、东南亚、中东和北非等)的用户需求和市场竞争态势
熟悉并参与制定海外市场商业模式(如直销、代理、租赁、订阅服务等),给出关键经营指标目标(成本、价格、时间节点等)
平衡市场需求和经营策略,定义出具有商业价值、有市场竞争力的海外产品
产品验收及GTM策略
端到端体验闭环
职位要求
· 本科及以上学历
· 至少8年及以上在汽车行业(主机厂或顶级咨询公司)的海外产品规划、产品管理工作经验
· 具备完整的海外市场产品生命周期管理知识
· 流利的英语听说读写能力,能作为工作语言,能与外籍用户、合作伙伴交流;掌握其他外语(如德语、法语、泰语等)者加分
· 优秀的跨文化沟通和协作能力,能够与全球团队有效工作
· 拥抱变化,抗压力强
