职位描述
1. 全面了解销售运营范式下,区域端销售运营、销售管理相关的工作内容,用产品化的方式提升销售效率及销售管理效率;
2. 与总部销售团队紧密合作,理解其业务需求,根据需求进行业务需求文档(BRD)的编写,改进产品功能和产品体验;
3. 与用户数字产品部门(UP)配合,深度参与销售管理体系相关的数字化产品设计,实现解决方案的落地实现;
4. 独立负责产品化项目的需求分析,项目推进,落地推广及效果复盘,确保项目闭环。
职位要求
1. 熟悉 CRM产品,从事过 CRM 方案咨询、需求分析工作;
2. 有产品经理思维和创新精神,希望成为业务数字化解决方案的专家,对智能化、数字化解决方案搭建有深度兴趣;
3. 对AI有强烈兴趣,结合蔚来销售场景(如线索管理、用户转化、团队效能管理等)探索 AI 工具的落地应用与创新;
4. 聚焦问题本质,精准沟通,逻辑清晰;
5. 较强的数据分析能力,会使用可视化分析工具(如PowerBI/Tableau等)。
