职位描述

1. 夯实数据底座（数据开发与治理）：
- 统筹数据开发团队，构建并完善贴合一线销售与用户运营业务的数据资产体系。
- 主导数据仓库建设、数据建模与 ETL 流程，制定严苛的数据治理规范。确保经营利润、用户运营转化漏斗、用户生命周期等核心指标数据的准确性、一致性与绝对时效性。
2. 驱动业务洞察（数据分析与决策支持）：
- 带领数据分析团队，深入理解以“用户关系”为核心的商业模式。建立核心业务数据体系与异常异动监控体系。
- 摒弃“做表报数”，主动从海量数据中定位业务的“出血点”与“增长极”。为管理层及全国各区域提供“脱水”的商业洞察报告，将数据直接转化为前线作战的 SOP 和管理动作。
3. 领航智能化落地（AI Agent 赋能）：
- 作为团队智能化的先锋，探索并主导大语言模型（LLM）等前沿 AI 技术在真实销售、客服与运营场景的落地。
- 负责一线销售智能助理 (Co-Pilot)、总部异常监控雷达等 AI Agent 产品的从 0 到 1 定义与推行，实现从“人找数据”到“AI 找人、AI 辅助决策”的跨越。
4. 团队建设与敏捷协同：
- 管理并培养具有战斗力的数据智能团队（涵盖研发与分析双线）。
- 作为枢纽，横向拉通业务规划、产品体验与底层技术团队，确保数据智能产品真正在一线“听到炮声”并产生实际业务 ROI。

职位要求

1. 学历与基础：统招本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学、数据科学或相关专业优先。
2. 经验厚度： 5 年以上数据相关工作经验，其中至少拥有 2 年以上数据团队（涵盖开发与分析）管理经验。参与过 AI Agent 落地部署工作。
3. 懂技术底座：熟悉主流大数据处理架构（如 Hadoop/Spark/Flink/ClickHouse 等），精通 SQL、Python。具备扎实的数据建模、指标体系搭建与数据治理实战经验。
4. 懂 AI 与 Agent：对 GenAI / 大语言模型生态有深入理解，熟悉 LangChain / Dify / Coze 或类似 Agent 开发工作流。有实际主导或深度参与过 AI Agent 产品（如 RAG 知识库、自动化流、Copilot 等）在企业内部成功落地的案例者优先。
5. 懂商业逻辑：具备极强的商业嗅觉与“第一性原理”思考能力。拒绝做纯粹的取数工具人，拥有将杂乱数据转化为具体业务动作指导的顶层逻辑框架能力。
6. 沟通协调能力：出色的跨部门沟通与向上/向下管理能力。能够在快节奏、高压力的战时状态下稳住阵脚，推动复杂项目敏捷交付，满足业务需求。
