职位描述
1. 根据产品开发要求,结合用户场景,深入剖析用户需求和行为及其关键生理和心理影响因素,合理制订各阶段人机工程空间体验、操作舒适性和储物开发目标和方案
According to product development requirements, combined with user scenarios, deeply analyze user requests and behaviors and their key physiological and psychological influencing factors, and reasonably formulate ergonomic space experience, operation comfort, and storage development goals and plans at each stage
2. 根据产品开发和体验目标,通过虚拟仿真和实物评估,如座舱模型或样件模型,组织人机工程空间、操作和储物开发方案调研、验证和确认,探寻最优、投入产出比最高的工程开发方案,为工程开发方向决策提供支持
Based on product development and experience goals, through virtual simulation and physical evaluation, such as cockpit models or sample models, organize ergonomic space, operation, and storage development plan research, verification, and confirmation, explore the optimal and highest input-output ratio engineering development plan, and provide support for engineering development direction decision-making
3. 持续优化和完善人机工程空间体验、操作舒适性和储物相关开发流程、设计指导和经验总结并组织执行落实
Continuously optimize and improve the development process, design guidance, and experience summary of ergonomic space experience, operation comfort, and storage, and organize and implement them
4. 组织人机工程开发流程和工具的创新活动,在深入理解用户行为、产品特点的基础上,深入分析和挖掘人机工程开发中可进一步迭代和创新的机会点
Organize innovative activities for ergonomic development processes and tools, analyze and explore opportunities for further iteration and innovation in ergonomic development based on a deep understanding of user behavior and product characteristics
5. 积极参加和组织团队业务培训,协助团队能力建设,带教新员工

职位要求
1. 拥有本科或以上学位,专业为汽车设计、人机工程、人因工程、工程心理学或相关领域
Bachelor's degree or above in automotive design, human factors engineering, engineering psychology, or a related field
2. 具有汽车人机工程开发工作经验5年及以上
With more than 5 years of experience in automotive ergonomic development
3. 对产品体验具有高度敏感性,对用户需求和行为有深入理解,具备出色的用户洞察能力
Highly sensitive to product experience, with a deep understanding of user requests and behaviors, and excellent user insights
4. 对创新充满热情,愿意挑战传统,推动技术和设计边界革新
Passionate about innovation, willing to challenge tradition and push the boundaries of technology and design
5. 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力,能够有效地与团队成员和跨部门同事沟通
Good communication and teamwork skills, able to communicate effectively with team members and across departments colleagues
6. 熟练使用Office办公软件和CATIA等三维设计软件进行产品设计
Proficient in using 3D design software such as Office work software and CATIA for product design
7. 能熟练地读写英文书面材料,英语可作为工作语言
Able to proficiently read and write written materials in English, and easily communicate and discuss meetings in English

8. 具备实验设计与统计分析能力,包括设计数据收集方案、应用假设检验、置信区间、方差分析、回归分析等,以及利用数据可视化工具创建交互式图表
Possess experimental design and statistical analysis skills, including designing data collection schemes, applying Hypothesis Testing, confidence intervals, ANOVA, regression analysis, etc., and creating interactive charts using data lake visualization tools
