1. 战略承接与规划:承接公司战略,制定区域年度业务规划,负责区域内充换电网络选址与建设管理
2. 业务经营与增收:制定能源业务经营提升策略,优化成本与收入结构,拓展核心与创新业务
3. 用户体验与运营:保障补能资源可用性,开展精细化用户运营,持续提升用户满意度和业务渗透率
4. 合作伙伴管理:拓展并维护政企、大客户等合作关系,建立优质合作伙伴管理体系,支持业务布局与发展
5. 团队与组织建设:负责区域团队人才发展与绩效管理,构建区域管理体系,与总部及大区高效协同
6. 安全合规管理:落实安全制度与培训,确保区域运营“安全0事故、合规0风险”
职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历,能源、管理、工程、经济等相关专业优先
2. 5年以上能源、充电设施、新能源汽车或相关领域管理经验,有区域业务管理经验者优先
3. 具备较强的战略解码与规划能力,出色的业务经营管理经验者优先
4. 具备良好的政府、企业合作与资源整合能力,熟悉安全管理体系,具备风险识别与应急处理能力
5. 结果导向,具备强烈的责任心和创业精神,具备良好的沟通协调能力,能推动跨部门协作与共识达成
6. 能适应快节奏、高挑战的工作环境,能在压力下保持高效执行
