职位描述
1. 主导海外合作伙伴激励、返利及渠道政策研究与体系设计,拉动渠道进货意愿与终端动销提升,并基于政策效果持续迭代激励规则;
2. 负责合作伙伴激励政策的数字化体系搭建,设计政策测算、申报、核算、兑现全链路标准流程,实现规则标准化与线上化管控;
3. 开展行业趋势、用户画像、竞品趋势等深度洞察,挖掘车型增量机会点,输出车型销量预测与目标拆解;
4. 结合品牌定位、渠道盈利及用户接受度,参与车型批售价制定,配置规划等决策,确保产品竞争力与市场定位匹配;
5. 协助NIO品牌传播部门输出标准化营销物料,参与合作伙伴培训赋能;
职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历,5年及以上汽车行业整车营销、渠道策略或经销商政策相关工作经验,熟悉车企批售经销模式运作逻辑;
2. 拥有敏锐的市场洞察与宏观分析能力,逻辑清晰、数据敏感度高;
3. 具备出色的跨部门协同能力,与各层级人员高效开展工作;
4. 具备优秀的中英文口语及书面沟通表达能力。
