媒介专业能力:精通各类媒介资源(传统、新媒体、户外、赛事、综艺等)的特性、投放逻辑及效果评估方法,具备丰富的媒体对接经验,能快速匹配项目媒介需求。
项目执行能力:有大型媒介项目(综艺、晚会、体育赛事等)的策划、执行或跟进经验,熟悉项目全流程,能高效配合团队完成项目落地,应对项目中的各类突发问题。
策略分析能力:具备较强的逻辑思维,能对竞品投放进行深入、全面的拆解分析;具备敏锐的信息捕捉能力,善于收集行业、媒介、竞品相关信息,形成有价值的分析结论。
报告处理能力:具备良好的文档整理、归纳与分析能力,能快速处理各类调研报告、第三方报告,提炼核心信息,输出符合需求的报告摘要或分析文档。
行业认知能力:深入了解快消品牌的品牌营销策略制定逻辑、行业特性及市场趋势,能结合快消品牌需求,提供贴合品牌定位的媒介策略建议。
职位要求
具备极强的责任心、执行力和团队协作意识,能快速融入现有团队,主动补位,配合完成各项工作任务。
沟通表达能力优秀,善于对接媒体、协调内部团队,能清晰传递需求、反馈问题,推动工作高效推进。
