职位描述
1. 订单与数据管理:负责订单接收及跟进、订单预约、跟踪货物在途信息,并及时有效处理运输途中异常情况;
2. 账单与费用处理:执行月度客户对账,整理运单明细、费用数据并分类核对,针对差异与客户沟通解释,完成开票申请流程及异常费用跟进;
3. 客户服务与沟通:响应客户关于运价、时效、订单进度等咨询,记录并解决客户异议,保持与客户的良好沟通;
4. 合同与合规管理:负责新老客户合同的续签、审核及系统归档,检查费用申报、水印照片等合规性;
5. 系统操作与数据核对:熟练使用内部系统(如TFM、飞书物流运输订单)完成订单录入、数据导出及应收应付核对,确保系统数据与线下信息一致。
职位要求
1. 学历与经验:大专及以上学历,物流、供应链或相关专业优先,3年以上物流运营客服、客户管理或供应链协调经验;
2. 技能要求:熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件,具备基础数据处理能力,熟悉物流行业订单管理、账单对账流程;
3. 沟通与协调:具备优秀的客户沟通能力,能高效对接客户、驾驶员及跨部门团队,妥善处理投诉与突发问题;
4. 细致与抗压:工作严谨细致,责任心强,能适应多任务并行的工作节奏,具备较强的抗压能力和问题解决能力;
5. 加分项:有物流调度、合同审核或项目运营经验者优先。
