职位描述:
渠道拓展与管理:负责开拓和管理各类线上渠道,重点拓展教育垂类渠道(如教育类MCN、知识付费平台、家长社群等),制定以营收为导向的渠道合作策略与计划。
合作落地与优化:主导渠道合作伙伴的接洽、谈判与合作协议的落地执行,建立并维护公司渠道资源库,持续优化合作模式与商务策略。
产品与运营支持:对渠道销售表现负责,为不同渠道合作伙伴制定个性化的产品组合、佣金方案及联合运营计划,并提供必要的培训与运营支持。
市场分析与策略:深入分析教育行业渠道生态与竞品动态,输出渠道分析报告,为公司的渠道战略和业务发展提供决策依据。
任职要求:
经验背景:3年以上渠道拓展或商务合作经验,有教育行业(尤其是K12领域)渠道资源及成功合作案例者优先。
渠道资源:拥有丰富的教育行业渠道资源,包括但不限于教育类MCN机构、线上分销平台、核心代理商及关键意见领袖(KOL/KOC)资源者优先。
核心能力:具备出色的商务谈判能力、资源挖掘整合能力及数据驱动的渠道分析能力。
行业认知:熟悉在线教育及知识付费的商业生态,深刻理解渠道合作模式、分销流程与联合运营机制。
