职位描述
1. 作为客户接口,承接客户质量问题、审核及售后相关信息,积极响应,持续提升客户满意度;
2. 处理客户质量问题投诉,作为问题分析团队的负责人推动客户端的0KM及售后质量问题快速分析解决,必要时引入研发、生产、物流等相关单位共同参与问题处理,形成8D报告,确保问题有效关闭;
3. 负责客户退货管理,包括不良品的接收、隔离、分析、处置以及索赔处理。定期分析投诉趋势,识别系统性问题,并推动预防措施的实施,以减少重复投诉的发生;
4. 支持新项目 APQP 开发,SOP+N阶段组织客户审核的全流程应对,包括议程制定、内部准备、现场陪同、问题整改跟踪,确保审核不符合项按期关闭,提升客户信任度;
5. 管理驻厂服务团队,确保驻厂人员能够有效执行遏制措施、信息传递及客户沟通;
职位要求

1、大学本科及以上学历,机械工程、车辆工程、电子工程、材料科学等相关工科专业优先(智能驾驶行业背景优先);
2、熟悉质量问题分析与解决方法,熟练运用8D报告、5Why分析、鱼骨图等专业质量工具,推动复杂问题解决。
3、了解主流主机厂的质量要求及相关流程,有OEM售后经验及Tier1售后质量经验者优先;
4、熟练使用office、飞书等基本办公软件;
5、具备良好的思维逻辑能力,擅于沟通与谈判,性格开朗,具有良好的团队精神;
6、快速学习能力强,主观能动性和执行力强,有能力高效地同时推动多项任务;
7、具备优秀的跨部门协调能力与抗压能力,能快速响应客户紧急需求,接受一定频率的出差;
