职位描述
岗位职责:
1、对客服团队的服务全流程进行质量检验,包括电话/在线/邮件等渠道的客户咨询、投诉处理,及时发现并上报服务质量问题;
2、严格依据公司客服服务标准和规范,判定客服服务是否达标,确保为客户提供优质、专业的服务;
3、记录质检数据,分析客服服务质量波动情况,如响应速度、问题解决率等,为优化客服培训内容、提升服务水平提供数据支持;
4、与客服团队、培训部门等沟通协作,推动服务质量问题整改及培训落实,助力打造卓越客服团队。
职位要求
1、大专及以上学历,3D打印/智能硬件行业经验或机电类专业背景优先,熟悉3D打印机产品者更佳;
2、1-3年客服质检或相关工作经验,熟悉客服服务流程,能熟练使用质检工具;
3、工作细致认真,具备较强的观察力,能敏锐捕捉客服服务中的细节问题;
4、有独立分析和解决问题的能力,可针对质检问题提出有效改进建议;
5、沟通协调能力良好,能与不同部门高效合作,推动客服服务质量提升。
