职位描述
1. 团队管理:负责海外客服团队的日常管理,设定团队成员的绩效目标并提供个性化辅导,推动团队整体绩效达标,同时关注员工满意度,营造积极、开放、跨文化融合的团队氛围。
2. 业务指导与培训:提供专业支持,帮助团队处理多语种复杂问题(如纠纷、退款、国际物流、当地法律咨询等);组织业务培训、跨文化沟通培训及案例复盘,根据市场、产品、政策变化,动态调整培训计划,确保团队保持业务敏感性与响应能力。
3. 服务质量监控:建立适配海外市场的服务质量监控体系,制定明确的服务标准;跟踪不同市场客户满意度,深入分析投诉和差评原因,提出有针对性的改进建议。
4. 跨部门协作:协助运营或品牌团队进行活动内容本地化宣导,确保客服第一时间理解并传达最新活动政策。
职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历,具备国际客服或跨境电商相关背景优先;
2. 具备2年以上海外客户服务经验,有带领多语言/多地区团队经验者优先;
3. 熟悉跨境服务流程及工具,了解GDPR、消费者权益保护、隐私政策等海外法规;
4. 具备出色的英语沟通能力,掌握其他语言(如西班牙语、法语、德语等)者更佳;
5. 具备良好的团队管理、问题解决、数据分析及项目推动能力;
6. 责任心强,能适应快节奏、多文化背景及不同时区工作的挑战。
