职位描述
1、负责各城市品类规划和管理,商品选品逻辑、上新汰换逻辑、等规则输出,价格带管理,对GMV负责;
2、商品排期表维护,商品模板规划、上下架管理、个性化需求处理;
3、负责选品、上新、定价、汰换、销售分析;
对在售商品进销存管理,提报采购需求;
5、营销活动:爆款打造、常规活动策划、新品推广、商品清仓用户触达;
职位要求
1、统招本科及以上学历,3年运营经验,如有新零售行业经验优先;
2、具有品类规划、营销活动策划相关经验,能够不断推动运营工作的优化,拿到结果;
3、具有敏锐的市场洞察能力,客户导向,对数据敏感,有一定的数据分析能力;
4、执行能力强,善于思考,有较强的责任心和良好的协作意识;
5、对商品的角色、定位有一定的认知,对新零售行业有一定的了解。
