职位描述
【核心职责】
1、优化回传归因逻辑,强化媒体模型学习能力,优化投放效果
2、媒体渠道对接与优化,负责Facebook、snapchat、TikTok等主流海外媒体渠道对接与优化,覆盖主流短剧市场
3、关注账户实时数据,从数据波动中能及时发现和反馈问题;积极沟通投放需求,协调解决投放过程中出现的各类问题。
4、关注市场和行业,持续探索海外投放新渠道(如程序化广告、Snapchat等)以及新形式(TV,互动,目录等)
5、完善投放归衡量体系,从前端以及后端数据中,对不同内容,不同市场,不同渠道等角度评估效果差异,发现可能的优化点。为投放调整策略提供支持
【任职要求】
1、本科以上学历,专业不限
2、两年以上相关产品经验,熟悉互联网计算广告领域,掌握海外主流媒体的广告规则和玩法
3、数据敏感,能从大量数据中找到因果关系,并设计方案去验证假设
4、沟通好,能跨团队高效协作,推进项目进展
