1、按照公司一键维保流程标准业为车主维保提供全流程跟进,达成工作目标;
2、协助服务管家进行系统前中后的维护工作,落实线上工作运转;
3、协助开展区域售后关键项目的用户联络及跟进;
4、完成团队交办的其它事项;
职位要求
岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历,具有良好的沟通及表达能力;
2、具有车辆精品、美容、电话沟通、产品销售、自媒传播、系统操作等相关知识及沟通技巧的知识学习;
3、能熟练掌握办公软件、系统应用等基本技能。
