1. Management and Coordination:
- Manage daily operations and team performance to ensure production targets are met.
- Develop work plans, coordinate team tasks, and ensure smooth progress of projects.
2. Technical Support and Problem Solving:
- Assist team members in resolving daily technical/operational or process issues in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support to ensure smooth production processes.
3. Team Training and Scheduling:
- Conduct daily work training and scheduling for the team to improve work quality and output.
- Responsible for team personnel management, including attendance management and initial performance evaluation.
4. Technical Development and Documentation:
- Develop technical projects or documentation to ensure compliance with customer quality and efficiency standards.
- Develop specifications and quality assurance within responsible modules, domains, or systems.
5. Independent Work and Quality Assurance:
- Work independently with only necessary guidance from supervisors, and be responsible for the quality of work output for oneself and other team members.
- Provide recommendations to improve overall products, processes, and services.
6. Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Conduct a series of analyses to identify possible solutions to technical problems.
- Perform system performance optimization and debugging to ensure efficient production processes.
