Job Title: (Senior) Product Manager

Location: Shanghai/Beijing, China

Your role:

  • Product management: Support the Rare Tumor Market Lead, plan and manage the indication lifecycle to ensure sustained competitiveness and market leadership in China; participate in local strategy development and execution plans, and liaise with HQ to coordinate resources and push local implementation.
  • Strategy development: Contribute to the development of brand and market-entry strategies, including target audience, positioning, differentiators, pricing/coverage strategies, channels, and promotional direction, and drive local execution of these strategies.
  • Market analysis and insights: Conduct market research and analysis, collect and organize competitive intelligence, monitor market performance data, regularly produce analysis reports, generate insights, and provide data support for brand strategy development.
  • Activity Execution: Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing promotions, focusing on initiatives aligned with the indication strategy; ensure the execution process is measurable, traceable, and optimizable across stages; deliver marketing activities on time and with high quality.
  • Promotion material production and sales training: Create promotional materials and training content, ensuring alignment with clinical, sales, and regulatory compliance requirements and effective communication.

Who you are:

  • Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields preferred.
  • Work experience: 3+ years of marketing experience in an MNC; priority given to candidates with rare disease, oncology, or specialized medicine experience.
  • Language proficiency: Proficient in English for daily work.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to reach consensus and implement unified action plans.Data-driven mindset:
  • Strong sensitivity to market data, with strategic thinking, solid data analysis and tools proficiency, and proven insight generation capabilities.
  • Project & time management: Strong project management and time management skills, capable of driving progress and delivering results in complex environments.
  • Personal attributes: Proactive, responsible, and collaborative with a strong team spirit.
