职位描述
1、参与启动会并整理会议记录;
2、定制产品使用解决方案,满足客户PoC阶段的产品使用以及培训需求;
3、管理客户在PoC阶段的使用情况,帮助销售解决客户问题,提升增购率;
4、管理CRM系统数据,通过数据定位阶段性问题,驱动业务增长。
职位要求
1、有SaaS行业从业经验,能够理解SaaS行业客户生命周期;
2、有优秀的文档产出能力,产出过产品相关的成型文档;
3、具有售前工作经验优先;
4、有用户增长、社群运营经验,能熟练使用各种运营工具的优先;
5、良好的团队协作能力,沟通协调能力、一定的抗压能力;
