职位描述
1、负责收集、分析服务网络运营数据,跟踪服务质量与执行效果,推动各服务网点考核指标提升;
2、负责定期评估服务网络中相关业务的服务质量,收集并分析用户反馈,优化服务流程与标准,提升服务体验和客户满意度;
3、负责定期对服务网络的退换修业务流程进行监控,发现流程瓶颈和改进机会;
4、负责定期组织运营例会,监控各大区运营指标及项目进展;
5、与各大区服务部进行紧密沟通与协作,确保业务流程顺畅,协助解决服务网点在执行标准过程中的问题。
职位要求
1、2027届获得学士及以上学位,专业不限;
2、英语和德语听说读写流利,可作为工作语言使用;
3、逻辑思维能力强,有严谨的处事风格,可快速识别并解决问题;
4、数据分析能力强、擅长Excel;
5、沟通能力强,能适应内外部协作沟通,并能推动问题解决;
6、工作积极、细心、认真负责,有较强同理心,有强烈的自我提升意识。
