职位描述
1、负责产品内专业赛事相关的产品策划及体验优化,以创新观赛体验、提升专业体育人群全链路的内容消费体验为工作目标;
2、负责体育大事件的产品策划和运营支撑
3、从运营数据、用户行为、行业调研等分析中,不断发掘业务规模增长点及产品体验优化方案,驱动产品的持续迭代创新。
职位要求
1. 热爱体育,具有完备的体育赛事知识,尤其是足球赛事;
2. 统招本科以上学历,5年以上产品设计工作经验,熟悉垂类人群、具备内容及社区产品相关经验优先
3. 产品基本功扎实,有创新思维,沟通能力强,善于团队合作,具有强烈的责任心、高效的执行力及强大的抗压能力。
