职位描述

1. Responsible for leading the overseas financial reporting teams to handle the financial reporting, business analysis, budgeting, treasury and external audit matters
2. Work with internal audit team to establish or improve key internal financial controls
3. Manage ad hoc financial due diligence M&A projects
4. Work with the operation team on the post-acquisition business integration of major overseas investments
5. Devising professional training development for teams.
6. Participate in financial analysis-related work and be involved in cross-department operations;
7. Any other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time

职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or a related field, with a CPA certificate;
2. Have rich experience in advanced financial management such as cost accounting, tax planning, financial planning, and budget preparation; Minimum 8 years of financial management experience in large/medium-sized high-tech enterprises, familiar with overseas Company Finance team management experience；
3. Rich experience in financial management and financing, with expertise in capital operation, tax planning, cost control, etc.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and career ambition, and be able to quickly understand the business, so that financial management work can effectively promote the development of the business;
5. Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, written expression ability, and data analysis ability;
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
