Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtain quotations from Suppliers & Sub-Contractors
  • Request information from consultants for tender preparation
  • Study tender documents including tender specification and drawings
  • Prepare tender analysis, tender submission & subletting works
  • Prepare reply to tender queries
  • General and Technical assistance to Tendering and Subletting Department
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

Job Requirement:

  • Degree / Diploma /
    Certificate in Surveying or Building Studies
  • 3-6 years of relevant
    working experience in Tendering or Subletting
  • Familiar with MS Excel and typing in Chinese and
    English
  • Proficient in Chinese & English
  • Hard working, able to work independently and
    overtime
