1）对管辖地区市场进行深入调研，包括行业趋势、竞争对手情况、消费者行为和需求等;
2）收集、分析市场数据，定期评估市场动态，为制定营销策略提供准确的依据;
2、品牌建设与推广：
1）制定管辖地区的品牌推广策略，提升公司品牌在该地区的知名度和美誉度;
2）负责品牌形象的塑造和维护;
3）策划并执行品牌推广活动，如线上线下广告、公关活动、赞助活动等;
4）负责该市场的内外部品牌合作及品牌、策划、媒体等相关资源整合;
3、市场营销策略制定与执行：
1）根据目标市场、客户群体和营销渠道，制定全面的市场营销策略和计划;
2）制定针对品牌和市场营销的商务政策、激励政策，绩效评估机制等;
3）协调公司内部其他部门密切协作，推动策略和计划执行;
4）监督营销活动的执行情况，评估效果并及时调整策略。Qualifications1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、商务管理等专业;
2、具有5年以上市场营销工作经验，其中至少2年以上相关市场汽车市场营销经验；有成功的品牌推广和市场营销案例;
3、具备良好的英语沟通能力，熟悉相关市场的营销渠道和推广方式;
4、具备较强的市场分析、策划和执行能力，能够独立制定市场营销策略和计划;
5、有良好的团队管理和协作能力，能够带领团队完成营销目标;
6、具有创新精神和开拓意识，能够不断探索新的市场机会和营销方式;
7、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
8、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先；
