物料员（水蜘蛛）ZhongshanIntelligent manufacturing / Industrial Internet / Industrial automationVocational school or above3-5 yearsResponsibilities负责中山工厂机器人生产车间的物料备料、线外预加工、配送、退补领、数据录入等工作。
岗位职责：
配送操作相关工作：
1. 负责产线物料退补领相关事宜，及时处理物料短缺、错发的补料及多余物料的退回。
2. 负责线外备料、预加工，精准及时送料至产线，保障生产。
3. 负责半成品转运、成品入库交接，做好物料防护，防止损坏丢失。
4. 按产品过程控制要求，录入ERP信息、打印过程及入库标签，做好数据记录确保可追溯。
5. 每日做好岗位的设备、治具日常点检工作，5S工作等，保持岗位整洁；
6. 作业中发现异常，及时上报上级并协助解决。
账务相关工作：
1. 负责物料出入库管理，规范手续，确保账实相符。
2. 协助物料分类、标识、存储，做好防护，保持现场整洁。
3. 定期参与库存盘点，发现物料异常及时预警、上报并协助处理。
4. 归档物料相关单据、报表，配合财务、审计核查。
其他：
1.服从上级的的工作安排，完成上级的安排的其他工作任务。
2.学习业务知识，提升工作效率，遵守公司及车间规章制度。Qualifications1. 中专及以上学历，物流、仓储或相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上车间物料管理/配送相关工作经验，有针对生产线的JIT配送相关经验优先。
3. 能熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件，有操作MES/ERP系统的相关经验。
4. 责任心强、细致严谨，有数据敏感性，沟通协调能力好，能适应体力劳动。
