平台产品经理（内容治理与审核业务）北京社招全职产品职位 ID：A172187职位描述- 负责爱奇艺内容治理与审核平台的全链路建设，包括但不限于视频、图文（评论、弹幕、用户头像/签名）等全量内容的机审策略配置、人机协同流转、人工审核工作台以及指令下发系统；
- 深入理解内容平台的合规风险与创作者/用户生态，具备优秀的业务抽象与需求分析能力，持续通过平台工具赋能，提升大批量高并发内容的安全响应速度与治理效率；
- 参与制定内容安全端到端的产品策略，紧跟行业监管趋势与前沿AI技术（如大语言模型LLM、多模态大模型等应用），探索自动化治理、红蓝对抗安全测试等创新风控模式，驱动实现“降本增效”；
- 协同算法研发、日常运营、风控合规等跨部门团队，确保安全产品高质高效交付，建立完善的业务指标监控体系，达成业务安全与平台效率目标。职位要求- 本科及以上学历，3年以上泛娱乐、音视频、内容社区B端后台产品相关工作经验，有内容风控、内容审核平台、机审策略治理相关大厂经验者优先；
- 熟悉泛娱乐行业内容治理业务流程，对音视频、图文存量及增量审核有全局视野，具备出色的业务洞察、产品系统架构设计能力；
- 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，具备较强的抗压能力、高度的责任心与原则性，能够跨团队推动高风险、高复杂度的合规项目落地；
- 强烈的数据驱动思维与量化评估 sense，能够通过对业务核心指标（如机器召回率、人工准确率、一审/二审时效、人效转化等）的精细化分析，敏锐发现平台瓶颈并提出系统性解决方案。投递
