Job Description

产品营销组长深圳全职能源 / 矿产 / 环保 / 农林牧渔职位 ID:A33151职位描述1、通过对市场及用户的深入洞察,挖掘并包装产品卖点,转化成产品差异化优势,制定产品包装策略与素材策略;
2、对公司ToC产品/ToB产品线全生命周期的营销成败负责,制定上市策略及上市后的再营销策略,达成产品线营销目标;
3、制定全球及重点目标市场IMC整合营销方案(上市方案&生命周期再营销方案),拉通项目目标、达成目标的营/销/服务维度策略、节奏规划、费用规划,统筹营销内容策略及传播策略,对项目整体目标达成质量与效率负责;
4、营销项目管理包括项目推进节奏、重要评审节点及风险管控、费用及目标达成进度管控、复盘等。职位要求1、本科及以上学历,具备至少5年市场营销工作经验,有产品营销、品牌营销、营销策划经验优先;
2、热爱产品营销工作,有开创和探索精神,愿意在储能行业深耕;
3、具备敏锐的市场及用户洞察,较强的调研、分析提炼能力,用户需求导向,能将洞察转化为营销机会点;
4、具备复杂项目管理与统筹能力,能有效整合内部不同体系、不同模块的资源以及外部资源;
5、有海外市场营销操盘经验优先,英语能作为工作语言。 投递
