营销支持负责人(北美家储)深圳全职能源 / 矿产 / 环保 / 农林牧渔职位 ID:A184935职位描述1、市场洞察:追踪北美家庭储能行业趋势、竞争格局、补贴与标准变化,为管理层提供市场决策支持;
2、产品营销策略制定:深入理解家庭储能场景(光伏+储能+EV充电),主导北美家储的整体营销规划;
3、产品价值量化:深入一线,洞察客户痛点及用户需求,构建清晰的产品价值主张和核心卖点,制定营销策略;
4、产品行销性提升:
- 营销武器库搭建:围绕销售流程,构建营销素材,并根据反馈持续迭代(主打胶片,产品手册、白皮书、用户案例等);
- 销售赋能:主导产品解决方案对销售的赋能,减少产品价值传递损失;
- 主导北美展览展示内容&工具设计;
- 北美行业展会支持及内容策划;
5、主导新品beta局建设,重大项目现场支持。职位要求1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际商务、传播学、能源相关专业优先;
2、海外学习或工作经历优先;
3、5年以上市场或品牌管理经验,3年以上海外市场(北美优先)产品营销经验;
4、有储能、光伏、清洁能源等行业背景者优先;
5、具备从0到1构建市场策略、品牌传播的实操经验;
能力要求:
1、对北美储能行业政策、用户习惯及市场渠道有深入理解;
2、优秀的中英文沟通、表达与写作能力;
