Job Description

大客户服务代表深圳全职能源 / 矿产 / 环保 / 农林牧渔职位 ID:A16247职位描述1、协助国家服务经理管理海外售后网络,给海外代理提供端到端的服务支持,确保售后政策和标准化售后流程落地;
2、支持售后服务网点的覆盖率和运营有效性,提升售后服务商的服务质量(TAT,重复维修率)和售后服务满意度达成(C-SAT);
3、负责服务商/代理商的线下服务能力提升:业务指标监控、问题识别及改进;
4、负责寄修/翻新/返工业务在服务商的执行落地,并对产出的质量、时效负责;
5、负责配合备件业务进行报废、清库的执行,建立合规的处理流程;
6、负责服务工单审核、申述处理、服务费用结算。职位要求1、本科及以上学历,5年以上售后相关工作经验;计算机、通信、电子自动化等理工类或语言类专业毕业;
2、流利的英语/西语听说读写能力,商务沟通谈判经验丰富,有海外工作留学经验者优先;
3、对电子产品售后领域现状和流程较为熟悉,有手机/电子产品大厂售后工作经验优先;
4、具备一定项目管理经验,有较强的沟通、管理、计划、协调执行能力,吃苦耐劳,以及出色的解决问题能力;
5、根据项目需求可以短期出差当地国支持售后项目。 投递
