5.负责对敏感事件提出警示,避免事态进一步扩大发生为群体性事件
职位要求1、本科以上学历;
2、3年以上客服投诉处理经验;
3、对客服工作有较好的理解,能积极快速闭环处理工作;
4、较好的服务意识,学习能力以及沟通能力,较强的执行力、责任心;
