售后质量实习生北京社招实习互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1、数据协助: 协助整理与录入售后质量问题信息及客户反馈。
2、流程支持: 协助跟进简单的售后质量问题处理流程,更新状态。
3、分析辅助: 在指导下,对常见的质量问题进行初步分类。
4、沟通协作: 协助团队进行内部沟通,通知研发进行问题跟进。
5、其他任务: 完成团队交办的其他基础支持性工作。职位要求1、本科及以上学历,计算机、机械等工科类相关专业。
2、性格开朗,喜欢与人交流,细致认真。
3、对质量相关内容感兴趣。
4、熟练掌握Office工具。
5、每周能保证出勤至少4天 ,持续3个月左右。 投递
