工作內容
負責企業整體架構設計與治理，確保 IT 系統、應用程式、資料與技術平台能與企業策略目標保持一致，並推動數位轉型、雲端架構、資安與合規性。需具備跨部門溝通能力，能引導技術決策並制定長期架構藍圖。
【主要職責】
1. 架構標準推動，完成全行「架構師」共同審查
2. 架構規劃; 開發準則及設計原理呈報，並舉證國際案例
3. 將架構設計轉換成設計準則之知識資產
4. 優化架構治理流程，確保系統設計符合安全性、可擴展性及合規要求。
5. 評估新技術趨勢，提出創新解決方案以提升企業競爭力。
【資格條件】
1.工作經歷要求：10年以上工作經驗
2.學歷要求：碩士, 大學
3. 語文條件：英文: 聽/中等‧說/中等‧讀/中等‧寫/中等
【其他條件】
必要條件：
1. 對至少1種程式語言有 3 年以上的開發經驗 (如Java/.Net/Python等)，能說明該語言的特性與適用場景
2. 對系統架構有 5 年以上的設計或整合經驗，能說明不同產品或解決方案之間的架構特性
3. 領導開發團隊 3 年以上經驗，能將架構設計轉化為技術資產與準則 (如系統架構規範、團隊開發原則、偵錯告警原則等)
4. 參與團隊開發 3 年以上經驗，能掌握業務需求，能與CXO層級簡報溝通，能與技術團隊協調論證
5. 對容器、DevOps有3年以上的開發部署經驗 (如Docker/K8s/OKD/OCP/ Jenkins等)
6. 對任一公有雲有3年以上使用經驗 (如AWS/Azure/GCP)
7. 具金融業或大型企業系統實務經驗，熟悉法規與合規要求。
8. 熟悉 TOGAF、Zachman、Gartner EA Framework 等架構方法論。
9. 優秀的跨部門溝通與協調能力，能制定長期架構策略並落地執行。
加分條件：
1. 具備專案管理與技術領導能力。
2. 擁有 TOGAF、AWS Certified Solutions Architect、Azure Architect Expert 等專業認證。
3. 具備 AI/ML、資料湖 (Data Lake)、大數據平台設計經驗。
4. 曾參與大型數位轉型專案或跨國企業架構治理。
