主要工作内容

1. 负责直播间与店铺售前咨询，快速响应，专业解答产品、规格、活动问题。

2. 处理订单、改价、备注、售后申请、退换货、投诉等问题，提升满意度。

3. 核对物流信息，回复发货时效、快递查询、售后政策等用户问题。

4. 记录用户反馈、痛点、建议，定期整理并同步给运营与产品团队。

5. 维护店铺评分，降低差评与纠纷率，提升DSR。

6. 配合大促活动，做好客服排班、话术准备、压力应对。

任职资格

1. 1年以上电商客服经验，抖音/淘宝/快手经验优先。

2. 熟悉电商订单流程、售后规则、物流常识。

3. 沟通温和耐心，服务意识强，有同理心，情绪稳定。

4. 打字速度快，响应及时，能同时接待多位用户。

5. 抗压能力强，适应晚班、大促高强度工作。

6. 责任心强，细心严谨，有团队协作精神。
