工作内容

1. 负责抖音直播间千川/随心推投放，制定投放策略，精准引流。

2. 监控投放数据：曝光、点击、成本、ROI、转化、人群结构，实时优化计划。

3. 负责店铺日常运营：商品管理、标题优化、标签优化、权重维护。

4. 分析流量结构，提升自然流量与付费流量协同效率。

5. 对接直播与内容团队，确定引流款、利润款，提升整体GMV与ROI。

6. 输出日报/周报/月报，复盘投放效果，提出增长策略。

任职资格

1. 大专及以上，1年以上抖音千川投放、直播流量运营经验。

2. 精通投放逻辑、人群包、创意素材、出价策略。

3. 数据敏感度极高，擅长Excel数据分析，能独立复盘。

4. 有成功爆款投放案例、高ROI案例优先。

5. 抗压能力强，适应直播节奏，做事严谨细致。

6. 结果导向，目标感强，具备良好跨部门沟通能力。
