業務銷售-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family) (KGIB_SS_RB)
1. 規劃並執行分行年度計畫與目標，以確保各項財務及非財務目標之達成。
2. 管理及培育分行人員，以提升團隊工作績效及專業能力
3. 督導分行的日常運營，落實法規遵循，以確保各項業務遵守相關法規和內部政策。
4. 負責分行的業務拓展和市場開拓，積極開拓新目標客戶，維繫既有客戶，並落實公平待客原則，以確保各項客戶關鍵指標之達成
5. 與全行通路共同協作，創造共銷綜效，以提升整體效益。
