Job Description

薪酬绩效专家(汽车产研)北京社招全职职位 ID:A133413职位描述1、深入了解业务场景及动态,结合内外部实践,负责汽车业务产研/生产制造条线薪酬激励工作;
2、主导所支持业务的薪酬激励重点方案的设计,有效把握政策规则的一致性与差异性,在公司整体薪酬政策要求下,支撑HRBP制定面向部门/人群的差异化薪酬解决方案;
3、负责方案推动落地,并定期对方案复盘,持续调整优化薪酬方案的效用;
4、关注市场薪酬绩效变化趋势,对市场的变动趋势做出评价和判断,产出市场薪酬分析报告,提高薪酬绩效体系的竞争力;
5、定向支持业务侧的人力预算管理工作。职位要求1、薪酬绩效领域至少8年以上的工作经验,新能源汽车行业COE工作和乙方咨询行业背景优先;
2、了解薪酬管理体系理论和管理流程,有深度薪酬分析、薪酬项目推进工作经验;
3、具备良好的逻辑与体系化设计能力、较强的沟通以及推动协同解决问题的能力,能够基于专业做出独立判断。 投递
