2、 以现场管理+远程指导的方式,管理管控服务商职场的各项培训工作;
3、 岗中培训计划的制订、执行和效果验收;
4、 参与培训授课、编制培训讲义,同时更新维护已有课程,开发新课程;
5、 培训项目的持续跟进和效果评估;
6、 个人践行企业文化,同时进行宣导与传承;

2、 具备跨团队/跨部门协同能力,具备一定的推动力和目标感;
3、 学习能力强,熟悉小米产品、业务流程政策、系统及订单操作等业务内容;
4、 普通话标准,具有较强的逻辑性和抗压能力;具备自律和自驱力;
5、 熟悉OFFICE软件(Word、Excel和Outlook等);
