省分销售岗北京社招全职职位 ID:A10284职位描述基于小米运营商业务专属产品销售目标,下沉至各省分公司,通过资源整合、策略制定与执行,协同完成销售任务及市场拓展,具体职责如下:
1. 深化客户合作:代表小米运营商部总部,定期拜访各省市运营商主业、省运营商终端公司,提升小米品牌在运营商体系内的认知度与合作优先级;同步收集客户需求与反馈,为产品业务优化及政策制定提供依据。
2. 制定竞争策略:协同分公司分析当地运营商市场动态、竞争对手策略,结合分公司实际情况,协助制定差异化销售策略;积极争取运营商主业的政策支持(如补贴、资源倾斜等),并通过专项方案推动销售业绩提升。
3. 强化终端操盘:协同省运营商终端公司,通过制定主推产品销售预测、考核激励、优化渠道作业流程、定期召开销售复对接会议,确保销售指标按计划达成;同时,针对销售薄弱环节提出改进措施并跟踪落地。
4. 组织营销活动:协同分公司,联合省市运营商、省运营商终端公司策划并执行小米品牌月、专场订货会,负责前期筹备(如货源协调、活动方案设计)、现场推进及后期效果评估;通过政策激励、资源投入等方式,确保订货量目标超额完成。
5. 数据监测与反馈:定期收集、分析销售数据及市场信息,汇报省分业务进展及问题;提出针对性优化建议,推动业务持续增长 。职位要求基本要求:
- 本科及以上学历,邮电院校市场营销、通信工程、电子商务等相关专业优先;
- 3年以上运营商业务销售经验,有手机终端行业或移动渠道管理经验者优先;
- 结果导向、自驱力强、责任感强、学习能力强;有韧性、情商高、结构化思考和表达;

1. 市场洞察力(看得透市场):能快速捕捉行业政策变化、运营商动态及友商策略,通过市场调研、数据分析等方式输出趋势预判,并制定相应应对方案。
2. 资源整合能力(拿的回政策):熟悉运营商业务模式,擅长通过商务谈判、关系维护获取差异化主推政策;具备资源统筹能力,高效协调销售、市场及总分协同资源。
3. 销售策略制定(赢得了竞对):精通运营商渠道销售逻辑,能结合产品特性设计价格体系与激励政策;通过竞品分析,制定有效的市场竞争策略。
4. 渠道管理经验(玩的转渠道):具备运营商渠道管理经验,能通过渠道调研优化销售政策;擅长通过运营商终端公司推动渠道执行销售计划,提升渠道作业效能。
5. 产品操盘能力(操的好产品):会产品操盘,精细化管理产品PSI;能从容应对操盘中发生的各类突发事件,抢得到机会,管控好风险;
6. 团队协作能力(协同好团队):具备良好的跨部门沟通能力,能与分公司、条线负责人、运营商经理、区域经理高效协作;擅长组织多方资源,推动联合营销活动落地 。 投递
